If you have logged in and find that all data is gone (connections to children and parents, history of weekly allowance and so on), you have most likely created a new account. Your old account most likely still exists, but is most likely registered to a different phone number or email address.
Try logging in with other email addresses or phone numbers.
If it's a child's account you're trying to access, you can see the child's login details via the settings menu in the parent account.
