If you've bought a Gimi Pro subscription yourself, you can cancel it anytime. This is done via your subscription management page in either App Store or Google Play. To get there easily, you can go to settings in your Gimi app, then press Subscriptions.
Please note that the subscription is handled entirely by Apple and Google, and that we are unable to cancel the subscription for you.
If you cannot find the subscription listed on the subscription page, please be aware that you may have been logged in to a different account while first buying the subscription.
If you have been granted Gimi Pro status because you have a bank account with one of our partnership banks, you can remove the Gimi Pro status by removing the connected bank account.
